Service Agreement

NOVA Mobile Detailing provides mobile vehicle detailing services at the customer's nominated location.

All services are performed to a professional standard; however, results may vary depending on vehicle age, condition, previous damage, contamination, and maintenance history.

Any additional charges will be discussed before work proceeds.

Pre-existing Damage

NOVA Mobile Detailing is not responsible for:

• Existing scratches, swirl marks, paint defects, rock chips, faded paint, peeling clear coat, damaged trim, damaged upholstery, worn leather, cracked plastics, faulty electronics, or any pre-existing condition.

Customers acknowledge that cleaning may reveal pre-existing defects previously hidden by dirt, dust, grease, or contamination.

While every reasonable care is taken, NOVA Mobile Detailing shall not be liable for:

• Mechanical failures.

• Electrical failures.

• Battery issues.

• Existing leaks.

• Pre-existing damage.

• Wear and tear.

• Manufacturer defects.

• Damage resulting from previously repaired, repainted, modified, wrapped, or deteriorated surfaces.

Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Ceramic Coatings & Paint Protection

Any coating durability periods are estimates only and depend on vehicle usage, maintenance, storage conditions, environmental exposure, and owner care.

No guarantee is provided against future scratches, stone chips, accidents, vandalism, or improper maintenance.

Weather Conditions

As a mobile service, appointments may be rescheduled due to unsuitable weather conditions including heavy rain, storms, strong winds, or unsafe working conditions.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide safe access to the vehicle.

• Remove valuables before service.

• Ensure legal parking and access permissions.

• Inform NOVA Mobile Detailing of any known defects or sensitive areas.

NOVA Mobile Detailing is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

Access to Water & Electricity

To perform our mobile detailing services, NOVA Mobile Detailing requires access to a working outdoor water tap and a standard 240V power outlet at the service location.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure both water and electricity are available and accessible before the scheduled appointment.

If suitable access to water or electricity is not available upon arrival, NOVA Mobile Detailing reserves the right to:

• Decline or reschedule the service.

• Modify the service where possible.

• Charge a call-out or cancellation fee if the appointment cannot proceed due to unavailable utilities.

• The customer is not present at the agreed appointment time.

• Access to the vehicle or property cannot be provided.

• Required water or electricity is unavailable.

• The customer refuses the service after our team has arrived on-site.

• The vehicle's condition differs significantly from the information provided at the time of booking.

• The requested service cannot be completed safely or to our professional standards.

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from completing the service.

Where NOVA Mobile Detailing cancels a booking for reasons within our control, any payment made by the customer will be refunded in full or the booking may be rescheduled at the customer's choice. NOVA Mobile Detailing is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the cancellation of a booking.

Satisfaction Policy

Any concerns regarding workmanship must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

NOVA Mobile Detailing will be given the opportunity to inspect and reasonably rectify any verified workmanship issue.
